Waves provided over the Windstream Nationwide Network are designed to provide low-latency with complete transparency to the customer, and can be customized to meet unique customer diversity requirements.
E-line
Windstream’s MEF compliant ethernet services feature unique, diverse routes with speeds up to 1GB from Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets back to the most popular carrier hotels, data centers, cable landing stations, international border crossings and POPs in Tier 1 markets across the US. E-line provides cost-effective, core network protected, layer 2 point to point service.
IP Transit
Windstream’s IP Transit offers endless options to connect to end-users, including both dedicated and Ethernet-based services over DS-1, EoC, EoF, and fixed wireless. Bandwidths range from 10 Mbps up to 10G and service can be handed off at any of Windstream’s 50+ PoPs, and can be extended with optional transport services.
MPLS
Windstream’s coast-to-coast footprint leverages a world-class private MPLS-meshed backbone, connecting and transmitting critical private data to multiple locations. Domains are completely isolated via dedicated paths that are partitioned from the public internet. Customers can choose from four available classes of service options that will ensure prioritization of real-time applications and ensure quality of service.
Cloud Connect
Cloud Connect connects directly to third-party public and private cloud providers through your existing enterprise WAN for reliable, fast and highly secure private access. It functions across all network options, with bandwidth capacity ranging from 50 Mbps to 10 Gbps. With Cloud Connect, your current WAN solution gains highly secure, performance-optimized connectivity to the leading CSPs, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, IBM Cloud, Google Cloud, Oracle and Salesforce, enabling you to more confidently and cost-effectively migrate to the cloud.
