Responsible for employee experience, overseeing the entire employee life cycle from recruitment to retention and career development. Over the last 10+ years, Brooke has helped curate and develop teams in the technology and real estate sectors, with a strong focus on building exceptional personnel to further data center growth and expansion. Prior to joining Netrality, she worked for DuPont Fabros Technology, Digital Realty, and Forrester Construction. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and a minor in Marketing from Marietta College.
