Netrality acquires downtown St. Louis data centers

Netrality Properties said Tuesday it has acquired from Digital Realty the downtown St. Louis data centers at 210 North Tucker Boulevard and 900 Walnut Street.

In addition, Netrality said its has acquired a colocation facility at 210 North Tucker from 365 Data Centers. The company did not say what it paid for the facilities. All three facilities will be put under common management, Netrality said.

“The acquisition of this portfolio enhances Netrality’s growing national footprint,” the company’s chief executive, Gerald M. Marshall, said in a statement. “St. Louis is a key interconnection point for carriers, service providers and enterprise customers in the region.”

CitiBank provided debt financing on the acquisition and Ropes & Gray LLP was Netrality’s legal counsel in the deals. JLL Capital Markets represented Digital Realty, which is based in San Francisco.
