There was some interesting data center M&A yesterday. Netrality Data Centers has announced the acquisition of the Indy Telcom Center, a data center campus in Indianapolis.

Netrality’s new digs in Indianapolis span 11 mostly red-brick buildings on 9-acres of land at and around 600 Kentucky Ave along the White River. When you add it all up the property currently offers some 205,000 square feet of data center space. There are 7 longhaul networks hooked up as well as 13 metro networks, which will give them a great connectivity ecosystem.

It’s Netrality’s sixth market, joining Chicago, Philadelphia, Houston, St. Louis, and Kansas city, and appears to be a similar project. Netrality prefers to play at the wholesale and meet-me-room level, with some 3 million square feet and 100MW of capacity across their footprint.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
