The company bought the facility from Digital Realty a couple of years ago and is in the process of improving facilities at the rest of its data centre sites.
Netrality Properties has announced the completion of “significant upgrades” to one of its two St. Louis data centres, 900 Walnut. The recently completed renovation includes a new Netrality managed Meet Me Room and colocation facility, with expanded capacity for interconnection services at the site.
“This provides current and future customers with increased reliability and security”, said the firm. The new managed colocation space includes “state-of-the-art” redundant UPS and cooling systems. The updates also include a completely remodelled building entrance, lobby and elevators, a new customer lounge and security enhancements throughout the property.
“900 Walnut is one of the most heavily interconnected data centres in the region and a key data centre for telecommunications and cloud service providers operating in the St. Louis region,” said Ed Grundhauser, vice president of sales at Netrality Properties.
“We’re offering increased capacity and continuing to provide our customers with unparalleled data centre products in St. Louis – one of the Midwest’s most strategic markets.”
The two St. Louis properties were acquired from Digital Realty in 2016. The company recently added the AWS Direct Connect service at its 1102 Grand site in Kansas City. It has other interconnection data centres in Philadelphia, Houston and Chicago.
